Joab weren’t playin’ games, brother—he was playin’ the men. Surrounded, hemmed in, outnumbered, but not out-gritted. He chose him some choice men—handpicked, not outta panic, but outta courage. And he told ‘em straight: fight like men for our people, and let the Lord do what He sees fit. Church folk today? They play games, but they don’t play the men. Well, it’s high time we quit playin’ and start behavin’ ourselves valiantly—for our people, and for the cities of our God.
